You will collaborate with innovation specialists to bring together the right environment, technologies, and skilled teams to foster rapid prototyping and innovative thinking.

Implement agile development methodologies and best practices. Understand business objectives and design models to achieve them, with metrics for progress tracking. Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines. Explore and visualize data to understand its distribution and potential impact on performance. Ensure data quality through rigorous cleaning and verification. Design and develop sophisticated machine learning algorithms and novel analytical methods for data processing. Perform exploratory data analysis and identify patterns in historical data. Provide technical support for program management and business development, including proposal writing. Supervise data acquisition processes and identify relevant external datasets. Train models, fine-tune hyperparameters, analyze errors, and design strategies for improvement. Deploy models into production environments.

A seasoned Full Stack Engineer with over 5 years of experience in Microsoft Technologies. Proficiency in Azure Web Apps development and deployments is essential. Experience with Microservices and serverless architectures using Service Fabric, Functions, API Apps, Service Bus, and message queues. Strong command of .NET/Web API (.NET CORE). Must have expertise in React JS, Angular JS, and Next JS frameworks. Lead frontend architecture decisions, ensuring adherence to best practices in React/Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and backend engineers. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across various devices and browsers. Experience with GenAI prompts is required. Familiarity with Cognitive Services (Azure Bot Framework, NLP, NLG, Vision Services) and basic Python is beneficial. Proven experience in creating DevOps Pipelines. Ability to architect secure and scalable web applications on Azure, including integration with cloud services like Azure Static Web Apps, App Services, CDN/Front Door, API Management, Azure AD, and serverless backends (Azure Functions). A solid understanding of Generative AI, with hands-on experience in OpenAI or other GPT models, is expected.
