As part of our Risk Transformation team, you'll guide clients in evolving their risk functions by aligning risk strategies with business goals, implementing technology, and establishing scalable governance.

This role is instrumental in driving business development, crafting client solutions, and executing large-scale risk transformation projects across diverse industries. Success demands robust consulting skills, effective stakeholder management, and deep expertise in risk domains and emerging technologies.

Lead and execute risk transformation engagements covering Internal Audit, Internal Controls (SOX/IFC), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Collaborate with clients and EY teams to understand challenges and develop transformation roadmaps. Manage complex engagements, prioritizing quality, timelines, and business outcomes. Foster trusted relationships with client leadership and manage engagement finances. Drive business development through proposals, RFPs, and strategic pursuits, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within global accounts. Develop innovative risk solutions integrating AI, analytics, automation, GRC platforms, and digital risk solutions. Contribute to thought leadership, accelerators, and reusable assets, staying abreast of emerging trends in risk and digital transformation. Mentor and develop high-performing teams, supporting hiring, coaching, and performance management. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and quality. Contribute to the strategic growth and operational excellence of the Risk Transformation practice.

We seek Associate Directors/Senior Managers with substantial experience in Risk Transformation, business development, and large account management. Primary skills include deep expertise in AI Engineering, specifically Generative AI programming, Prompt Engineering, and RAG models. Proficiency with RNN, CNN, LLM, SLM, Context Management, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Agentic AI, and AI Architectures is essential. Experience in creating AI pipelines, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and AI model deployment is required. Knowledge of AI governance principles and Responsible AI is crucial. Strong Python programming skills with AI packages (Keras/TensorFlow) and experience with large-scale data handling (Pyspark) are necessary. Familiarity with Agentic AI packages (Langchain, Langgraph, Autogen) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with CI/CD implementation and Git is expected. Experience with ML Ops, AI Model Ops, and databases like SQL (PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) is important. A forward-deployed engineering mindset is a key attribute. Secondary skills include experience in risk domains (ERM, ORM, Internal Controls, etc.), understanding of risk technology, translating business challenges into scalable solutions, strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.
