As a Global Behavioral Analytics & AI Specialist within Information Security, you'll be instrumental in shaping our approach to human risk management. This role leverages cutting-edge AI, data science, and behavioral science to understand and manage human risk across the organization. You will be the analytical core of our security culture program, transforming data into actionable insights that illuminate why people behave as they do and how to influence those behaviors at scale.

Your core responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing a human risk measurement framework, identifying key metrics for security behaviors and engagement. You'll apply AI to analyze behavioral data, detect patterns, and predict potential risk areas. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will consolidate data into clear, connected reports. Serve as an AI thought leader for the Human Risk Management team, exploring responsible AI applications for intelligence and service delivery. Partner to translate insights into targeted interventions and campaigns, and develop executive-ready reporting on human risk trends and program effectiveness. You will also design and analyze experiments to optimize behavior change initiatives and ensure the ethical and responsible use of data and AI.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and data science skills, with hands-on experience in AI and machine learning concepts and tools. A solid understanding of behavioral science, psychology, or human risk principles is essential, along with the ability to translate complex analysis into compelling narratives for non-technical audiences. Essential skills include data visualization, storytelling, curiosity, creativity, and a collaborative spirit. You must demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment in the ethical use of data. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Science, Analytics, Psychology, etc.) or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of two years in data analytics, data science, or behavioral analytics, is required. Proven experience applying AI/ML to real-world problems and using data to measure effectiveness is crucial. Familiarity with AI productivity tools like MS Copilot is also a requirement.
