This role focuses on leading enterprise application implementations and data migration strategies. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex transformations with the Rippling platform.

Spearhead Rippling implementations and oversee critical data migration projects. Effectively manage data from Oracle HCM Cloud or similar enterprise HCM systems into Rippling. Troubleshoot data quality and mapping challenges within large HR datasets. Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, mock conversions, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with Rippling implementations and data migration. Possess expertise in migrating data from Oracle HCM Cloud or comparable enterprise HCM platforms. A deep understanding of Oracle HCM data structures and effective-dated HR data is essential. Proficiency in Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management, and Recruiting data is required. Skills in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, migration, and reconciliation are paramount. Experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, OTBI, HDL, REST APIs, or equivalent integration mechanisms is necessary. Familiarity with CSV/file-based interfaces, APIs, SQL, and data transformation tools is expected. Strong technical documentation and stakeholder management abilities are key.
