Join the Global Finance Information Center (GFIC) as a Cash Application Analyst, specializing in Spanish-language operations for LAD countries. This role is integral to our Accounts Receivable team, focusing on accurate customer payment application, issue resolution, and maintaining precise customer accounts.

You will be the key liaison between customers, Collections, AR, and Sales, ensuring seamless payment processing and account integrity. This position offers a dynamic environment within a supportive global finance structure.

Manage all aspects of customer payment activities for designated LAD countries, including identifying receipts and applying them accurately to AR invoices for timely cash posting. Investigate and resolve payment exceptions such as unapplied cash, unidentified receipts, short payments, and overpayments.

Collaborate extensively with Spanish-speaking customers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Perform essential reconciliations, support month-end closing procedures, maintain comprehensive records, and contribute to process enhancements and root-cause analysis.

Candidates must possess strong Spanish-language proficiency for effective business and customer interactions. Proven hands-on experience in cash application and customer payment processing is essential, along with the ability to accurately apply payments to AR invoices.

Demonstrated capability in payment and account reconciliation is required. The role demands the ability to investigate and resolve various payment discrepancies, collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, maintain meticulous records, and support month-end activities.
