This role is for a Lead Analyst focused on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Accounting. You will be instrumental in supporting core revenue accounting functions, conducting detailed financial analysis, and driving improvements in operational processes.

Your day-to-day will involve meticulously monitoring revenue-related transactions, performing reconciliations for receivables and unearned revenue accounts, and processing adjustments that impact revenue. Analyze accounting and financial data to identify trends and exceptions, providing valuable insights to guide business decisions. Coordinate daily workgroup activities, effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion of finance operations deliverables.

Lead discussions with Lines of Business and internal stakeholders to resolve revenue-related inquiries and accounting issues. Provide crucial support for SOX compliance, internal, and external audits by furnishing necessary financial information, reconciliations, and documentation.

Identify opportunities for streamlining processes, reducing manual effort, and actively support finance process automation initiatives. Independently investigate operational and accounting issues, propose effective solutions, and contribute to special projects as assigned.

Essential qualifications include a sound understanding of accounting principles and the ability to support revenue accounting functions. Strong analytical skills are necessary for interpreting financial data, investigating discrepancies, and deriving relevant insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a particular emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is mandatory. Effective written and verbal communication skills are vital for collaborating with internal stakeholders and leading business discussions.

The ability to work independently, resolve problems effectively, and manage competing priorities is crucial.
