Join our Oracle Finance team as a Lead Analyst focused on global invoice delivery and Accounts Receivable operations. This role has a specific emphasis on Portuguese language activities and Brazil web-portal invoicing, ensuring seamless global e-invoicing deployments.

You will be integral to managing invoice delivery, handling Brazil web-portal uploads, performing reconciliations, and resolving operational issues. The position also involves contributing to process improvements and system enhancements within Accounts Receivable.

Success in this role hinges on strong Portuguese reading and speaking proficiency, a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent interpersonal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexibility for night shifts and other business-driven timings is essential.

Key responsibilities include supporting post-invoice delivery across various channels (email, paper, e-invoicing, web portals), managing Brazil web-portal invoice uploads, and monitoring delivery status. You will conduct invoice reconciliations, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and identify compliance exceptions.

Additionally, the role supports global web and e-invoicing deployments, ensuring invoice validation against country-specific tax and statutory requirements. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is crucial for effective operations and clear communication of issues and resolutions.

Contribute to Accounts Receivable process improvements, identify opportunities for enhanced accuracy and efficiency, and support system enhancements related to invoice delivery. Process standardization and continuous improvement are key aspects of this position.

Mandatory requirements for this position include proficient Portuguese reading and speaking skills for business activities. A good understanding of accounting concepts and strong interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.

Candidates must possess good Microsoft Office skills, with a particular emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Flexibility to work night shifts and other business-driven timings is a must, alongside the ability to support operations from our Bangalore location.
