Apply understanding of federal and state tax withholding rules for retirement distributions and various retirement account types.

Identify discrepancies, follow operating procedures, and escalate exceptions to appropriate teams to maintain robust controls.

Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills.

Possess 1-3 years of experience in retirement operations, ideally within wealth management, brokerage, or broader financial services.

Demonstrate working knowledge of retirement account types (e.g., Traditional IRA, Roth IRA, 401(k)) and key processes like distributions, transfers, and rollovers.

Exhibit a strong understanding of federal and state tax withholding regulations pertinent to retirement distributions.

Showcase excellent attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
