This role is key to the Talent Supply Chain, driving strategies for workforce planning, hiring, skills development, and internal mobility. The goal is to foster sustainable business growth and ensure exceptional client delivery by intelligently managing talent resources.

Lead regional resource management strategy, focusing on workforce deployment, utilization, and capacity planning. Drive operational excellence and provide data-driven recommendations to influence workforce decisions.

Collaborate with leaders to understand and fulfill talent demands, optimizing redeployment and workforce strategies. Proactively identify risks and opportunities in workforce capacity, utilization, and skills availability to enhance deployment outcomes.

Partner with the Strategic Workforce Management team to develop actionable workforce plans based on business strategies. Utilize analytics and market intelligence to anticipate future workforce needs and support various talent strategies like build, buy, borrow, and mobility.

Establish strong partnerships with regional executives and delivery leaders, facilitating workforce reviews and talent planning discussions. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making and influence business outcomes.

Analyze workforce trends and KPIs to improve business performance, delivering executive-level reporting on utilization, demand fulfillment, time-to-deploy, and more. Recommend actions for operational effectiveness and improved workforce outcomes.

Champion workforce technologies and skills intelligence platforms, collaborating with teams to advance workforce modernization. Identify process improvements to enhance workforce agility and support a skills-based workforce model.

Facilitate deployment opportunities that align with business needs and employee career aspirations. Promote internal mobility and workforce development, partnering with various teams to ensure long-term talent sustainability and employee growth.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Supply Chain, Professional Services Operations, or a closely related field is required.

Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders within global services, consulting, or technology organizations. Demonstrated success in driving workforce optimization, deployment strategies, and talent planning initiatives is essential.

Requires strong influencing skills within complex, matrixed organizational structures. Expertise in resource management, workforce planning, utilization management, and talent supply chain principles is crucial.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of skills-based workforce strategies and talent marketplace concepts. Advanced analytical, forecasting, and workforce modeling capabilities are expected.
