Your responsibilities will include identifying workforce risks and opportunities across capabilities, capacity, critical skills, and future readiness. Translate client demand, pipeline, and growth plans into multi-horizon workforce recommendations, defining optimal workforce mixes across skills, geography, and employment types.
Monitor practice talent health, including capability depth, skill availability, productivity, and attrition risk. Proactively identify workforce risks before they impact business operations and develop insights to guide Practice Leaders. Partner with Regional SWM teams to ensure local plans support global priorities and establish a consistent view of practice health.
Govern practice-level talent health priorities and leadership decision points. Champion internal mobility, reskilling, and upskilling initiatives to enhance workforce readiness. Support workforce planning for strategic deals and partner with Regions to identify recurring talent health themes and structural improvement opportunities.
Provide data-driven insights and scenario modeling to Practice Leaders for informed decision-making. Translate workforce data into executive-level narratives, focusing on risks, options, and recommended actions. Develop insights on talent trends, skill gaps, and workforce cost impact, offering proactive recommendations for investment and risk mitigation.
Monitor workforce performance indicators linked to delivery confidence, revenue, and margin. Collaborate with Finance and Delivery leadership to connect workforce decisions to commercial outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve workforce leverage, utilization, and cost alignment. Track progress against SWM KPIs for continuous improvement.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in Strategic Workforce Management, Talent Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, Talent Strategy, or related leadership roles is required. Experience operating within global, matrixed consulting, technology, professional services, or managed services organizations is essential.
Proven ability to translate business strategy and workforce data into actionable recommendations is critical. You should possess a strong understanding of global delivery models, workforce economics, skills-based planning, staffing models, and talent supply strategies.
Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders across delivery, finance, HR, and talent functions is necessary. You must be able to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across global and regional teams. Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with workforce dashboards, scenario modeling, and KPIs, are expected.
