This role focuses on Data Governance and advanced Data Analytics, supporting senior leadership with critical reporting and strategic recommendations. You will play a key part in managing resource fulfillment from demand creation to successful allocation and tracking.

The position involves leveraging data to identify trends, pinpoint problem areas, and propose actionable solutions. A significant part of the responsibility includes managing Success Factor Data Governance and generating comprehensive demand reports.

Successful candidates will oversee the entire fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring seamless demand-supply matching and diligent tracking of progress across various sourcing channels.

- Ensure robust Data Governance and conduct insightful Data Analytics. - Prepare and present critical reports for the Senior Leadership Team. - Analyze data to identify issues, offer recommendations, and facilitate informed decision-making. - Generate reports for leadership meetings and strategy sessions. - Manage Success Factor Data Governance and create accurate demand reports. - Monitor end-to-end fulfillment processes, including demand-supply matching, allocation, and progress tracking.

- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills are essential. - Proficiency in MS-Excel and PowerPoint is required. - Ability to collaborate effectively with all organizational levels. - Demonstrated ability to follow processes, creatively solve problems, and drive process improvements. - Experience in resource/workforce management, recruiting processes, and relevant tools within the IT industry is necessary.
