This role focuses on designing and implementing robust banking solutions leveraging Temenos software. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical designs within an enterprise architecture framework. The position requires aligning logical and physical architectures with internal and external systems for high-performance, optimized solutions.

Key responsibilities include designing and proposing Temenos-based banking solutions, developing the overall architecture, and gathering business requirements for process improvements. You will guide implementation teams, ensure solution quality through collaboration with testing teams, and maintain strong client relationships. Staying current with Temenos updates and industry trends is crucial. This role also involves formulating project plans, creating proofs of concept, and providing technical guidance for application interfaces and technological standards.

A strong technical background of at least 10 years in software development is essential, with expertise in multiple technologies and frameworks such as Oracle/MSSQL, WebLogic/JBoss, Java/J2EE, Microservices, and Oracle Service Bus. Experience with issue tracking and version control systems like Jira and Git, as well as CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and TeamCity, is required. Prior experience in cloud solutions architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP) is also a key requirement. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in banking software solutions, with at least 5 years specifically in Temenos Business Analysis and implementation, is necessary. In-depth knowledge of Temenos software, including T24, Temenos Transact, and Temenos Wealth, along with a strong understanding of software architecture principles, is expected.
