You'll collaborate with senior team members on operational studies and technical briefings. The role also involves handling on-call responsibilities and managing complex escalations, ensuring client needs are met with effective solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange environments, and related technologies like Outlook and Teams. Essential skills include troubleshooting end-user support tasks, managing mailboxes, and utilizing PowerShell commands.

A solid understanding of ITSM tools for incident, change, and problem management is required.
