A strong technical foundation is essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange (on-premise and online), Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Defender for O365, MS-Purview, and Power Platform administration. Candidates must demonstrate troubleshooting skills for end-user support, recipient management, and PowerShell commands. Knowledge of ITSM tools for various management processes and experience in customer coordination are crucial for this role.
