As a Release Train Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring successful delivery outcomes by managing the timely and quality progress of features and initiatives from discovery to deployment.

You will proactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across multiple squads, fostering collaboration and alignment. Leading stakeholder engagement is key to aligning business, technology, and risk teams on desired outcomes.

Your role involves driving robust delivery governance, comprehensive reporting, and ensuring compliance. A critical aspect is ensuring clear accountability across teams, rather than centralizing it within leadership.

You will continuously strive to improve delivery efficiency, refine processes, and enhance Agile maturity across the organization. Translating strategic ideas and objectives into executable delivery plans will be a core function of this role.

We are seeking a Delivery Leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of effectively managing cross-team dependencies and risks.

A solid understanding of technology, including platforms, architecture, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), is essential. Experience with governance, reporting, and compliance frameworks is required.

The ability to drive accountability at the squad and team level is crucial. Proficiency in working with AI Tools, specifically Cursor, is a must-have.

Techno-functional experience, with a preference for Java and the Trade Surveillance domain, is considered advantageous.
