As a Release Train Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring successful delivery outcomes, overseeing feature and initiative progress from inception to completion. You will proactively manage cross-team dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and facilitate clear communication with stakeholders across business, technology, and risk departments. A key aspect of this role involves driving robust delivery governance, ensuring timely reporting, and maintaining compliance. You will empower teams by fostering clear accountability and continuously improving delivery processes and Agile maturity.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong delivery leadership capabilities and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience in managing cross-team dependencies and risks is essential. A solid understanding of technology platforms, architecture, and the Software Development Life Cycle is required, along with familiarity with governance, reporting, and compliance frameworks. You should have a demonstrated ability to drive accountability at the team level and experience working with AI tools, specifically Cursor. Techno-functional experience, particularly with Java and in the Trade Surveillance domain, is a plus.
