As a Release Train Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving delivery outcomes, ensuring features and initiatives progress efficiently from discovery through to successful delivery. This involves proactively managing dependencies, risks, and impediments across multiple squads.

You will lead crucial stakeholder engagement, fostering alignment among business, technology, and risk teams regarding project objectives. Your role includes driving robust delivery governance, comprehensive reporting, and adherence to compliance frameworks. A key aspect is ensuring clear accountability is distributed across teams, rather than solely residing with leadership, and continuously seeking ways to enhance delivery efficiency, refine processes, and elevate Agile maturity.

We are seeking a professional with strong delivery leadership capabilities and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A proven ability to effectively manage cross-team dependencies and mitigate risks is essential.

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of technology, including platforms, architecture, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with governance, reporting, and compliance frameworks is required, alongside the ability to instill accountability at the squad and team level. Familiarity with AI Tools, particularly Cursor, is a must-have.

An advantage would be exposure to Cyber Security delivery or vulnerability remediation programs, as well as experience within regulatory or risk-driven delivery environments. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, and strong soft skills in Risk Management are mandatory.
