As a Release Train Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving delivery outcomes, ensuring features and initiatives progress efficiently from discovery to completion with high quality and timeliness. You will proactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments that span across multiple squads, fostering seamless collaboration.

Key responsibilities include leading stakeholder engagement to align business, technology, and risk teams on project objectives and outcomes. You will drive robust delivery governance, reporting, and compliance processes. A crucial aspect of this role is ensuring clear accountability across all teams, avoiding over-reliance on centralized leadership. Additionally, you will focus on enhancing delivery efficiency, optimizing processes, and maturing our Agile practices. You will translate strategic ideas and objectives into actionable and executable delivery plans.

We are seeking individuals with strong delivery leadership capabilities and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A proven ability to effectively manage cross-team dependencies and mitigate risks is essential.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of technology, including platforms, architecture, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with governance, reporting, and compliance frameworks is required. The ability to drive accountability at the squad and team level is a key attribute we are looking for. Experience working with AI Tools, particularly Cursor, is mandatory. While techno-functional experience is preferred, candidates with expertise in Java and the Trade Surveillance domain will be a strong asset. Proficiency in Agile and SCRUM methodologies, along with strong risk management and general leadership skills, are fundamental.
