In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining release governance artifacts, including release checklists, and managing Confluence pages and SharePoint repositories. You will coordinate both production and non-production release activities, tracking SIT and UAT deployments, and ensuring readiness for testing handovers. Additionally, you'll support Change Request (CR) processes for production and non-production environments and assist with pre-implementation activities.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with Project Managers, STOs, BAs, Development, QA, and Performance teams. A solid understanding of SDLC and release management processes is essential. While not mandatory, a technical or development background will be considered an asset.

This position requires availability aligned with North American/onshore business hours and flexible support during critical release pre-implementation windows. Essential competencies include expertise in Risk Management within a technical context. A strong command of SDLC and release management procedures is a must.
