As a Release Coordinator, you will maintain release governance artifacts and manage checklists. You will also oversee Confluence and SharePoint repositories, coordinating production and non-production release activities. This includes tracking SIT and UAT deployments, fallback testing status, and supporting Change Requests (CRs) for both production and non-production environments. You will assist with pre-implementation activities and collaborate effectively with Project Managers, STOs, BAs, Dev, QA, and Performance teams.

A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and release management processes is essential. Experience with risk management in a technical context is mandatory. A technical or development background is considered an asset. The role requires availability aligned with North American/onshore business hours, including flexible support during critical pre-implementation release windows. While specific educational degrees are not listed, a strong grasp of release coordination principles is expected.
