NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Release Consultant with 7-10 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time role focuses on managing complex application and platform releases within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Release and Change Management, ITIL processes, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies, with a preference for experience in Digital Banking applications.

Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating end-to-end release activities, developing release calendars, and ensuring successful deployments with minimal disruption. You will lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities, manage release dependencies and risks, and ensure adherence to quality gates and release controls.

Further duties involve collaborating with development, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and participating in Agile ceremonies to align releases with program milestones. Specific experience with Digital Banking platforms and coordinating releases for critical financial services applications is highly desirable. Providing status reports and tracking release KPIs are also essential functions.

Candidates should have 7-10 years of experience in Release Management, Change Management, or Application Delivery Governance. A strong understanding of ITIL processes, SDLC, CI/CD practices, and Agile/Scrum environments is required. Proficiency with ServiceNow and JIRA for release tracking and project coordination is essential.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary to coordinate multiple releases across complex technology landscapes. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications in ITIL, Agile, or Release Management are preferred.
