As a Recruitment Partner for Business Leaders, you will derive insights from data to execute impactful programs in Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, and Technology. Your role involves close engagement with Business Operations and Hiring Managers to ensure timely hiring of quality resources, while adhering to compliance and risk guidelines.

Key responsibilities include forecasting business needs, developing proactive sourcing strategies, driving data-informed decisions, cultivating strong stakeholder and candidate relationships, and managing large-scale hiring projects. You will oversee the offer process, from selection to negotiation and acceptance, ensuring timely closure of positions within budget and tracking key hiring metrics.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, coupled with 4-6 years of proven recruitment experience, particularly in managing large-scale and complex hiring initiatives. Proficiency with HR applications, including Applicant Tracking Systems, is essential. You should have experience developing competency-based hiring strategies aligned with forecasts and possess strong analytical skills for creating stakeholder management dashboards.
