EY seeks a dynamic Reimagination Experience Curator, Assistant Director to join our EY.ai Center for Reimagination. This pivotal role acts as the primary storyteller, translating EY’s AI-driven vision and client success stories into engaging, immersive experiences for senior executives. You will be instrumental in shaping the narrative and guiding leaders through curated journeys, ensuring every interaction highlights the synergy between technology, business strategy, and human impact. As the primary experience anchor, you will facilitate CXO-level conversations and guide visitors through immersive journeys across various themes like Megatrends and Use Cases. You'll craft compelling, evolving narratives, translating complex AI and technology concepts into clear, business-relevant stories grounded in client outcomes. Personalizing these stories for each visit, and coordinating seamlessly with content, technology, and operations teams are key. You will also collaborate closely with sector leaders, manage stakeholder expectations, and continuously refine experiences based on feedback to ensure exceptional quality and engagement.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 9-16+ years of experience in technology, marketing, strategic sales, or account management. A background in engineering is preferred, along with experience in areas like Business Marketing, Client Experience (CX), or Strategic Storytelling. Exceptional verbal presence, strong business acumen, and the ability to improvise while maintaining narrative coherence are essential. Proven success in influencing senior executives and experience within a Big Four or leading technology organization is highly valued. A postgraduate qualification is preferred.
