Join our BSV organization as a Record to Report / Supply Chain Finance Advisory expert. This role focuses on deepening your knowledge of R2A processes, including recording, reporting, and analysis. You will contribute to achieving service levels, meeting key performance targets, and delivering high-quality, cost-effective services that drive business outcomes. Embrace frictionless finance, adopt best practices, leverage technology, and implement methodologies to foster innovation and process improvements. Your expertise will involve processing diverse transactions, resolving issues, managing period-end activities, and performing reconciliations, all while interacting with Client Financial Controllers.

Prepare and process complex General Ledger Journals, Accruals, Provisions, allocations, and other entries according to schedules and established procedures. Initiate accounting entries for non-standard events based on policies and accounting manuals. Execute Period End Close activities within agreed timelines and procedures. Analyze variances in standard costs and transfer prices, providing clear explanations. Conduct full-time testing of projects for data integrity in the FI to CO module. Oversee and close Management Reporting activities according to global timelines.

Reconcile low to medium risk balance sheet accounts and review/approve low risk reconciliations. Prepare operational reports within your area of expertise. Initiate and monitor automated transactions, such as FX valuation or depreciation. Prepare data for financial, management, and treasury reporting by transferring information from source systems (ERP) to reporting and consolidation systems. Review and prepare reconciliations, ensuring adherence to controls and policies with sign-off self-assessment. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Client, communicating issues, risks, and status updates promptly.
