Join NTT DATA's AmpliFi Oracle Fusion Upgrade Program as a Record to Report Project Manager. This onsite/hybrid contract role is based in Mumbai, India, and focuses on leading critical R2R workstreams within a major ERP transformation.

You will be instrumental in redesigning, configuring, and transitioning general ledger, financial close, consolidation, fixed assets, and project accounting processes to the new ERP environment. This is an opportunity to collaborate with finance leaders and technical teams, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation.

Spearhead the planning, coordination, and execution of Record to Report (R2R) workstreams for the AmpliFi Oracle Fusion Upgrade.

Key duties include: - Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. - Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements and validate design. - Managing project deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. - Facilitating status meetings, steering committees, and workshops. - Overseeing testing cycles and supporting change management and end-user training. - Ensuring adherence to program governance and documentation standards.

We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager with 6-10 years of experience, including at least 3 years focused on R2R or financial close processes within ERP transformations.

Essential qualifications include: - A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field. - Strong working knowledge of ERP platforms like Oracle Fusion, particularly for financial reporting. - A solid understanding of general accounting principles and statutory reporting. - Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet, and collaboration platforms like MS Teams. - Experience working with global, time-zone-distributed teams. - Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
