As a Process Expert, you will be responsible for handling both simple and complex transactions, resolving standard process-related issues, and managing period-end closing activities and reporting. This includes collaborating with client financial controllers and performing crucial reconciliations.

This role involves the preparation, calculation, and processing of complex General Ledger Journals, Accruals, Provisions, and Allocations. You will initiate accounting entries for non-standard events based on broader policies and accounting manuals. Responsibilities also include processing and monitoring fixed asset entries and capitalizations, daily bank statement processing, and reconciling bank-related accounts.

Key duties include reconciling intercompany transactions, executing netting and settlements, and managing period-end close activities within agreed timelines. You will also be responsible for reconciling low-to-medium risk balance sheet accounts, preparing operational and financial, management, and treasury reports, and executing financial controls as per the client's framework.

This position is designed for experienced professionals with a solid understanding of Record to Analyze (R2A) processes. A strong background in financial accounting, including General Ledger entries, accruals, provisions, and fixed asset accounting, is essential. Proficiency in bank and intercompany reconciliations, alongside experience with period-end closing procedures, is expected.

Candidates should be adept at preparing various financial reports, including statutory and tax reporting. A proactive approach to monitoring financial controls and ensuring compliance with client frameworks is vital. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with client financial controllers and process owners.
