This role focuses on optimizing Record to Analyze (R2A) processes within the BSV organization, driving high-quality, cost-effective services and business outcomes.

As a Process Expert, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of R2A processes like recording, reporting, and analysis. You will be instrumental in achieving service levels and key performance targets, ensuring compliance and adopting innovative finance practices and technologies for continuous improvement. The role involves handling complex transactions, resolving process-related issues, managing period-end close activities, and performing reconciliations, often interacting with Client Financial Controllers.

Key responsibilities include hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO, and optional proficiency in SQL, PBI, Python, and VBA. You'll demonstrate strong attention to detail and adherence to processes, alongside excellent knowledge of the MS-Office Suite. The role requires a willingness to contribute as an individual or team lead in a dynamic setting, with an understanding of CO integration with other SAP modules being an advantage. Essential knowledge of R2A processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis, is a must. You must be capable of performing under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality, and possess strong communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Proven time management is critical for prioritizing tasks effectively.

Operational planning activities such as forecasting, standard cost maintenance, and release in SAP are core duties. You will manage month-end closing activities accurately and within timelines, analyzing and explaining variances in standard costs and transfer prices. Full-time testing for data integrity in the FI to CO module is also required. Responsibilities extend to closing management reporting activities according to global timelines and executing pre-MEC planning and country/regional reviews. Ensuring smooth period-end closes and accurate management reporting for yourself and the team is paramount. The role demands an error-free process with 100% accuracy and adherence to turnaround times (TAT), alongside handling ad-hoc requests efficiently. This is a permanent position within the Finance community.
