Develop reconciliation solutions using FIS Intellimatch Recon platforms or similar tools, with a strong understanding of Nostro, Depot, Intersystem, and Balance Sheet reconciliations. Design and implement new features based on business and technical requirements, supporting technical evaluations, root cause analysis, and gap identification. Manage and mentor a team of over 10 members, ensuring performance and accountability. Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with globally distributed teams for application development and maintenance. Work closely with business users to gather, understand, and document business requirements.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in developing reconciliations on FIS Intellimatch Recon platforms or equivalent tools is essential. Proficiency in SQL Server database technology, including query writing, stored procedures, and performance tuning, is required. Strong scripting knowledge in Perl or Shell scripting, along with proficiency in job schedulers like Autosys or Control M, is necessary. Experience with Git/Bitbucket for version control and knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins/TeamCity are highly recommended. Excellent understanding of integration with upstream and downstream processes and systems is crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are expected, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
