Develop reconciliation solutions using FIS Intellimatch Recon or similar platforms (DUCO, FRONTIER, Smartstream TLM).

Design and implement new features, understanding existing implementations to deliver requested functionalities.

Support technical evaluation, root cause analysis, and gap analysis, developing long-term solutions for common issues.

Manage and mentor a team of 10+ members, driving performance and accountability.

Collaborate with globally distributed development teams for application development and maintenance.

Gather and document business requirements, ensuring clear communication with business users.

Possess 4+ years of experience in developing reconciliations on FIS Intellimatch Recon platforms or equivalent tools.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Nostro, Depot, Intersystem, and Balance Sheet reconciliations.

Proficiency in SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

Exhibit good scripting knowledge in Perl or Shell scripting.

Familiarity with job schedulers such as Autosys or Control M.

Experience with Git/Bitbucket for version control is recommended.

Good knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins or TeamCity.

Understand and adhere to compliance and processes set by Program and Project teams for high-quality deliverables.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Excellent knowledge of integrating with upstream and downstream processes and systems.
