Develop and enhance reconciliation solutions using FIS Intellimatch Recon or similar platforms like DUCO, FRONTIER, and Smartstream TLM. Design and implement new features according to business and technical requirements, ensuring existing implementations are understood and extended.

Support technical evaluations, root cause analysis, and gap assessments. Identify common issue patterns to develop long-term resolutions. Manage and mentor a team of over 10 members, fostering performance and accountability.

Collaborate with global development teams, manage integration with upstream and downstream systems, and work closely with business users to gather, understand, and document requirements. Ensure compliance with project standards for high-quality deliverables and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.

A minimum of 4 years of experience is required in developing reconciliations, preferably with FIS Intellimatch Recon or comparable tools. Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including query writing, stored procedures, and performance optimization, is essential.

Candidates should possess good scripting knowledge in Perl or Shell scripting, along with proficiency in job schedulers such as Autosys or Control M. Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket for version control is recommended.

Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins or TeamCity is desired. A solid understanding of Nostro, Depot, Intersystem, and Balance Sheet reconciliations is necessary. Excellent knowledge of integration with upstream and downstream processes, along with effective communication and collaboration skills, is expected.
