The RES - MoW team operates as a vital component of the Global Real Estate organization, focusing on strategic portfolio planning and exit strategies for non-core assets. Your contributions will ensure seamless integration of real estate actions with overarching company goals, driving value and supporting long-term growth.

Spearhead regional real estate transactions in India, encompassing office, commercial, land, and industrial assets. Optimize portfolio performance, manage risks, and enhance cost efficiency.

Leverage market opportunities to provide proactive and agile real estate solutions tailored to business growth and partner needs. Execute complex real estate transactions, including build, buy, and lease agreements, at a significant scale.

Coordinate cross-functional teams from Legal, Finance, Tax, and Compliance to ensure timely transaction delivery. Maintain operational accountability for space delivery, working closely with local leadership and business stakeholders. Uphold financial discipline and manage partners like brokers to ensure compliant and timely execution.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with a decade of experience in real estate transactions, including leasing, purchasing, build-to-suit, and development.

Proven expertise in multi-country transactions, real estate planning, financial modeling, and corporate strategy is essential. Experience in reviewing legal documents and conducting commercial negotiations with legal counsel is also necessary.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree in Management and a related Real Estate field, along with professional real estate qualifications. Experience in delivering key transactions and evolving business concepts in a fast-paced real estate environment is highly valued.
