Assist clients with comprehensive due diligence, background checks, and reputational risk assessments. Gather critical information on individuals and entities to identify potential red flags and manage integrity, reputation, and background risks. Conduct thorough desktop research using public records and commercial databases to pinpoint risks like adverse media, litigation, sanctions, and financial distress.

Assess ownership structures, beneficial ownership, political exposure, and group company linkages. Review essential documentation including business registrations, annual reports, and financial statements. Prepare clear, structured reports detailing findings, risk ratings, and recommended actions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to triage third parties and assign risk ratings. Identify risk indicators, escalate red flags, and propose mitigation strategies.

Maintain issue logs and trackers for due diligence outcomes. Participate in the entire third-party lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing monitoring and re-assessments. Align with compliance, legal, procurement, and ESG teams to meet evolving regulatory and internal expectations. Evaluate third parties for modern slavery, forced labor, and human rights risks. Deliver training on ESG risks and responsible sourcing, staying updated on TPRM regulations and global trends.

We are seeking candidates with 7-10 years of experience in Third-Party Due Diligence, Compliance Risk Reviews, or Vendor Risk Management, preferably in a global or consulting setting. Proven exposure to the end-to-end vendor risk lifecycle, including onboarding, screening, assessment, and monitoring, is essential.

Proficiency in risk research tools such as World-Check, Dow Jones, LexisNexis, Moody’s, or RDC is required. A strong understanding of analyzing corporate ownership structures, UBO tracing, PEP identification, and global sanctions frameworks is crucial. The role demands the ability to interpret financial stability indicators and risk red flags using financial statements and market intelligence.

Familiarity with evaluating ESG-related risks, including environmental compliance and modern slavery, is expected. Excellent writing skills are necessary for synthesizing complex findings into actionable reports. Detail-orientation, strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities are key. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with due diligence platforms like Aravo, Coupa, or ProcessUnity is mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Relations, Law, Business, or Risk Management is required. Professional compliance credentials are a significant advantage.
