Join EY's Consulting practice as a Senior Regulatory Compliance professional within our Center of Excellence (COE).

This role is crucial for executing regulatory compliance engagements, focusing on monitoring, internal audits, and developing regulatory databases. You will work closely with senior leadership on client projects and internal initiatives, ensuring the day-to-day delivery, documentation, and analysis of regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring regulatory changes across various industries, developing comprehensive regulatory libraries, and leading client delivery for regulatory change management.

You will interpret regulations, define compliance obligations, and map them to process risks and controls. Additionally, you will conduct internal audits, compliance testing, and monitoring activities, ensuring accuracy and quality of workpapers and audit evidence.

Key tasks include supporting the creation of compliance frameworks and assets, preparing client reports and dashboards, and coordinating with team members for timely task completion.

We seek individuals with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex regulatory information. A foundational understanding of regulatory compliance, risk, and internal controls is essential.

Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills are required, emphasizing precision and logical information structuring. Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, data analysis, and validation is necessary.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business, Law, Finance, or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience in risk advisory, internal audit, compliance, or consulting. Professional certifications like CCEP, CFE, CIPP, CA, CS, CIA, or CISA are preferred, as is experience in Big 4 risk and internal audit teams.
