- Monitor evolving regulations and changes across various industries, maintaining comprehensive regulatory compliance libraries and databases. - Lead client delivery for regulatory change management, assisting with interpretation, obligation mapping, and linking them to process risks and controls. - Conduct internal audits and compliance testing, executing monitoring activities with checklists, templates, and thorough documentation. - Support the development of reusable assets, including templates and compliance frameworks for the COE. - Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of all workpapers, control documentation, and audit evidence. - Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and summaries for client deliverables and compliance reviews. - Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the timely completion of all assigned tasks and workstreams.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk, and internal controls. You should possess the ability to meticulously document processes, controls, and compliance requirements in a structured format.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, with a focus on precise language and logical information organization. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business, Law, Finance, or a related field is required, coupled with 2-4 years of experience in risk advisory, internal audit, compliance, or consulting.
Basic experience in compliance monitoring, regulatory tracking, or internal audit support is expected, along with exposure to internal controls, audit testing, or compliance documentation. Proficiency in MS-Office Suite and data analysis/validation is necessary. You should be comfortable working with data, trackers, and compliance documentation tools, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
