Key responsibilities include conducting operating effectiveness tests for SOX controls across various processes and clients. You will participate in process discussions, prepare process flows, narratives, and risk & control matrices. Regular status updates to seniors on tested controls are essential.

Document testing workpapers according to defined standards and quality benchmarks, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Apply an application and solution-based approach to problem-solving during client engagements and working paper documentation. Develop strong working relationships with clients and onshore teams, maintaining excellent rapport and proactive communication.

We are seeking individuals with 2-3 years of professional experience in risks and controls, ideally from a "Big 4" or comparable firm/industry. A strong academic background is required, with a degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.

Candidates must possess a solid understanding of SOX and COSO frameworks, along with exceptional command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, data analysis, and validation is crucial. The role demands strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize deliverables effectively to achieve optimal results.
