Maintain client focus by addressing needs and developing relationships. Demonstrate subject matter and industry expertise, staying updated on emerging trends. Improve operational efficiency through lessons learned and actively contribute to internal initiatives.

Build executive-level client relationships and lead conversations with senior stakeholders. Collaborate with onshore teams on global client matters. Contribute to new solution development and knowledge sharing, representing EY in industry forums. Identify cross-selling opportunities and support account management strategies.

Requires a decade of professional experience in risks and controls, with over six years specifically in SOX or internal controls, ideally from a "Big 4" or professional firm.

A strong foundation in the SOX and COSO frameworks is essential. A degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field is necessary.

Demonstrate robust multi-project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide high-performance teams. Possess strong cognitive problem-solving skills, swift decision-making capabilities, and the ability to manage complex situations calmly. Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory, along with global mobility and flexibility for onsite travel.
