As a Manager, you will engage with global clients to embed Responsible AI principles throughout the AI lifecycle, design robust governance frameworks, and assess AI/ML risks. Your work will directly impact how clients implement AI responsibly, moving from high-level strategies to practical, on-the-ground solutions backed by thorough risk analysis and actionable recommendations.

Lead and deliver AI Governance and Responsible AI projects, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to deadlines. Advise clients on integrating Responsible AI principles across all AI phases, from conception to ongoing monitoring.

Develop and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks, policies, and operating models. Conduct detailed risk assessments for AI use cases, identifying ethical, regulatory, operational, model, data, and technology risks. Define risk and control matrices for AI/ML systems and rigorously test the effectiveness of AI controls, including governance, model risk, data, security, and monitoring.

Analyze AI-related issues, identify root causes, and propose practical remediation strategies. Create clear, executive-ready reports and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

We are seeking a Manager with a strong foundation in AI risks, Responsible AI principles, and AI governance, coupled with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical risk and control solutions. Proven experience in conducting use-case-driven risk assessments and control testing is essential, alongside excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Candidates must possess clear, concise, and confident written and verbal communication abilities, along with strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, and risk management. A curious and technology-enthusiastic mindset focused on continuous learning, combined with structured thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail, are key attributes for success.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Risk Advisory, AI Risk, Technology Risk, Internal Audit, or AI/ML roles, preferably within a Big 4 or comparable consulting/technology environment. Hands-on experience with Responsible AI implementation is non-negotiable, whether from a risk/governance or AI/ML execution standpoint. Experience in AI Risk Management & Governance, Responsible AI operationalization, AI/ML model risk assessments, or root cause analysis and remediation design is highly valued. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field is mandatory.
