As a Senior Consultant, you will lead and support critical initiatives in regulatory compliance, market conduct, and consumer protection. Responsibilities include advising clients on regulatory requirements, analyzing new regulations and their impact, and monitoring industry developments. You will also conduct market conduct reviews, assess consumer protection compliance, and plan/execute compliance monitoring and testing activities. Engagement delivery, stakeholder management, and coaching junior team members are also integral parts of this role.

To excel in this role, a strong understanding of market conduct, consumer protection, regulatory compliance, and conduct risk governance is essential. You should possess practical experience with frameworks like CBUAE, SAMA, Basel, and AML/KYC. The ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements, assess operational impacts, and translate findings into actionable recommendations is crucial. Experience in analyzing complaints, customer outcomes, and compliance data, coupled with excellent report writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, is required. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 4-8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or conduct reviews within financial institutions are mandatory.
