We are seeking an experienced professional with a robust background in regulatory compliance, internal audit, or risk management. This position allows you to enhance client regulatory governance and compliance maturity while responding to evolving supervisory expectations. The role is based in Kochi or Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, and involves advising clients across diverse industries.

As a Manager, Regulatory Compliance, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide compliance frameworks. You will oversee regulatory inventories, manage obligation extraction and mapping, and establish regulatory change management programs. Your responsibilities include conducting compliance reviews, assessing control effectiveness, and guiding clients through regulatory inspections and remediation. You will also support crypto compliance assessments, advise on emerging regulatory risks, lead transformation initiatives, and manage engagement scope and resources. Presenting findings to senior stakeholders and mentoring team members are key aspects of this role.

A bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Law is required, along with nine to twelve years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, internal audit, or risk management. Experience within banks, regulators, consulting firms, or financial institutions is essential. You should have demonstrable experience leading compliance frameworks, obligation management, assurance reviews, and remediation initiatives. Proven experience managing teams and engaging with executive management, boards, and senior client stakeholders is crucial. An MBA or relevant professional qualification, prior consulting experience, and MENA regional exposure are highly advantageous.
