As a Senior Regulatory Reporting Professional, you will lead multiple workstreams and client engagements within the Regulatory Reporting BAU/Production team. Your responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders on data and production matters, facilitating communication between business and technology teams to define product features, and preparing accurate workpapers for report filings.

You will work independently with minimal supervision, providing technical guidance to team members and clients. The role is deadline-driven and may require working with US time schedules. You will also be involved in project management, mentoring and training staff, and identifying process improvement areas with a focus on automation. Driving process optimization, automation, and standardization will be key to improving operational efficiency and scalability. Additionally, you will foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while also overseeing resource management and team performance.

We are seeking a professional with 4 to 6 years of experience, including at least 2 to 3 years in a senior capacity within the BCM or WAM industry. Prior exposure to US-based asset management or fund administration firms is advantageous.

Essential qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting or Finance; an MBA or CA is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial. Experience with Regulatory Reporting, Validations, Reconciliations, and General Adjustments processes would be beneficial.

A good understanding of Technology platforms, frameworks, and tools is required, along with fair knowledge of WAM domain and capital market OTC derivative products. Familiarity with Risk function deliverables, product taxonomies in Regulatory Reporting, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) is a plus. Experience with regulatory reporting platforms, Python or R-based analytics, and proficiency in MS Office applications are important. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, possesses excellent analytical skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. US visa readiness is preferred. Demonstrating ownership, accountability, sound judgment, and a continuous improvement mindset is key.
