Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals to deliver high-quality, reliable, and innovative reporting solutions, cultivating a mature and high-performing practice. Identify and evaluate cutting-edge technology opportunities that provide value for platform enablement and serve as key differentiators in the WAM/BCM sectors.

Facilitate crucial communication between business and technology teams to define product features and functionality. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives by collaborating closely with technology and business partners. Organize and lead complex, cross-functional data and analytics projects.

Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs with architects, contributing to the product roadmap and strategy. Foster a positive and motivated team environment, effectively resolving conflicts. Develop and implement roadmaps for migrating legacy systems to next-generation solutions.

Partner with product management and business leaders to ensure agile delivery of current and new offerings. Champion process optimization, automation, and standardization efforts to boost operational efficiency and scalability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely reporting.

Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Demonstrate a broad understanding of AI trends, supporting the implementation of AI-driven improvements and encouraging responsible AI adoption for enhanced efficiency.

We seek a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in the BCM or WAM industry, with US-based asset management or fund administration experience being a significant advantage. A strong technical foundation in US regulatory reporting requirements, investment products, fund structures, and financial data analysis is essential, alongside proven team and client management capabilities.

Key to this role is a deep understanding of US regulatory requirements and reporting for various investment vehicles, including mutual funds, hedge funds, private funds, commodity pools, and institutional investment vehicles, covering forms such as Form PF, CPO-PQR, TIC, BEA, Form ADV, N-PORT, and N-CEN. A Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory, with an MBA or CA being highly desirable.

Mandatory functional knowledge includes a strong grasp of financial instruments, banking/WAM domains, and fund accounting principles. Experience with regulatory reporting is a must. Familiarity with US GAAP, mutual fund regulations, and financial statements is beneficial.

Exceptional executive communication skills, crisp presentation abilities, and an engineering mindset with a proactive approach to responsibility are expected. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and reconciliation capabilities, is required. Knowledge of Python and understanding BRDs would be advantageous.

Demonstrated experience managing teams is crucial. Candidates must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
