Spearhead regulatory reporting workstreams, managing end-to-end preparation, review, and submission of critical U.S. and global filings. Apply expertise in banking regulatory returns, including capital adequacy and liquidity reporting. Monitor regulatory developments, assess impacts, and update reporting logic and procedures. Conduct complex data sourcing, validation, and root-cause analysis on exceptions. Implement rigorous quality controls and audit readiness across all reporting cycles. Identify inefficiencies and support automation initiatives using SQL and Python to reduce manual effort. Utilize awareness of responsible AI for anomaly detection and workflow monitoring. Provide technical coaching to junior team members and coordinate effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders. Demonstrate flexibility to work extended hours to meet global submission deadlines. Embrace AI trends to drive process improvements and responsible AI adoption.

We seek a professional with 2-4 years of relevant experience in regulatory reporting or financial services, including hands-on experience with U.S. regulatory filings. A Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, with qualifications like CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA being advantageous. A strong understanding of regulatory reporting cycles, data validation, reconciliations, and variance analysis is essential. Solid knowledge of financial statement analysis, regulatory capital concepts, and applicable compliance frameworks is required. Proficiency in reporting platforms and data tools such as SQL, Python, Snowflake, or Looker is a plus. Advanced data analytics skills and exceptional communication abilities are crucial. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating ownership and adaptability, is key. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
