Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality regulatory reporting solutions. Oversee the end-to-end execution and sign-off for U.S. and global regulatory filings. Assess new licensing requirements and design comprehensive reporting frameworks from scratch. Implement robust control architectures and audit trails to ensure continuous readiness. Drive process automation using SQL, Python, and modern data platforms to enhance efficiency. Partner with business leaders to translate strategic requirements into scalable platform solutions. Institutionalize responsible AI and advanced analytics for anomaly detection and commentary generation. Monitor KPIs and SLAs to maintain high delivery precision. Manage global stakeholder relationships and ensure time-zone flexibility for seamless hand-offs.

Possess 8–10+ years of progressive experience in regulatory reporting or financial services, with 3–5 years in team leadership. Demonstrate deep domain knowledge of U.S. and global filings, including MTL, capital adequacy, liquidity, ICAAP, and balance sheet reporting. Proven ability to design reporting frameworks for new jurisdictions. Experience establishing maker-checker protocols and risk management frameworks. Strategic acumen in driving process automation and leveraging tools like SQL, Python, Snowflake, or Looker. Proficiency in applying responsible AI and advanced analytics to reporting processes. Excellent communication skills to interface with senior leadership and technical teams. Capability in managing cross-border delivery models with time-zone flexibility.
