You will contribute to the entire fund accounting and reporting cycle, from Net Asset Value (NAV) production to financial statement preparation. You will also help define new operational risk procedures and controls, drive high-quality work products, and foster automation and process improvements. Facilitating communication between business and technology teams to define product features and translate requirements into scalable solutions is also a core part of this role.

We are seeking a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in the asset management sector, with a strong understanding of financial instruments and fund accounting principles. Proficiency in financial statement reporting, investment accounting, and regulatory reporting is essential. Experience with software tools like eFront, Investran, Yardi, or similar investment sub-ledger software is advantageous. A solid grasp of US GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder interaction skills are mandatory for this role. Exposure to Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, or Private Credit Funds is highly valued.
