We have an exciting senior-level opening in fund accounting, focusing on a Global client. This role involves managing the entire fund accounting and reporting cycle, from Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation to financial statements. You will be instrumental in preparing deliverables, guiding junior team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving improvements in accuracy and processes.

- Oversee the complete fund accounting and reporting cycle, from NAV to financial statements. - Prepare key deliverables and review the work of junior team members. - Liaise effectively with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. - Drive accuracy and implement process improvements within the fund accounting function. - Understand and manage the intricacies of Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Credit funds. - Define and implement new procedures and controls to enhance operational risk management. - Execute detailed accounting activities, including capital calls, valuations, and transaction processing. - Identify and suggest value-driven technology opportunities for platform enablement and differentiation. - Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and contribute to product roadmaps. - Facilitate discussions to identify process improvement areas and foster a culture of automation. - Leverage AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and quality. - Make informed decisions, optimize processes, manage resources, and oversee team performance.

- Possess 4-8 years of experience within the asset management sector. - Previous consulting experience in Wealth and Asset Management or a transformation role within the Finance function is highly desirable. - Advanced proficiency in fund accounting, financial reporting, investment accounting, and the financial statement close process. - Solid understanding of regulatory and statutory reporting, consolidation reporting, advanced data readiness, analytics, governance, controls, and relevant regulations. - Experience with fund administration and investment accounting platforms such as Investran, Eagle, Yardi, or Geneva is advantageous. - Knowledge of Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate Funds, along with investment accounting principles. - Practical experience in operational aspects like NAV finalization, reconciliations, management reporting, and investor reporting. - Hold an MBA, CA, ACCA, or CPA certification. - An immediate joining capability is considered a plus.
