Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models for extracting information from unstructured and semi-structured documents, with a focus on complex PDFs.

Build and optimize Generative AI solutions using GPT architectures, incorporating prompt engineering, embeddings, and agent-based workflows.

Create efficient processing pipelines using batching, caching, and asynchronous techniques for large-scale document handling.

Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models, emphasizing NLP and document intelligence applications.

Integrate AI models into production environments through APIs and scalable architectures, ensuring seamless functionality.

Possess 4–6 years of practical experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.

Demonstrate strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), specifically for document parsing and information extraction from unstructured data.

Exhibit proficiency in Generative AI concepts, including GPT models, prompt engineering, embeddings, and agentic architectures.

Have hands-on experience with model training and fine-tuning tailored for NLP use cases.

Showcase solid programming skills in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Understand data handling and integration technologies such as SQL, REST APIs, and JSON.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and its AI services is advantageous. Exposure to DevOps practices and deployment pipelines is a plus.
