Manage and oversee treasury functions, including credit facility administration, borrowing requests, and repayment tracking. Support capital call and distribution processes, ensuring liquidity requirements are met and preparing relevant notices. Produce daily cash activity reports and maintain investment schedules, providing weekly performance analysis. Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages, including fund performance, credit facility reports, and management analytics. Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and fee administration, coordinating with deal teams to resolve queries. Prepare executive summaries and materials for leadership and management committee reviews. Conduct detailed reconciliations and financial controls, ensuring accuracy across fund systems and reporting files. Drive decision-making, optimize processes, manage resources, and supervise team members to achieve organizational goals.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a major degree in accounting, finance, or business, preferably holding a CA, CPA, CMA, or CFA designation. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Alternative Investments, Fund Accounting, Fund Operations, Financial Reporting, or Treasury Operations is required. US Visa holders with 5-8 years of finance experience are encouraged to apply. Strong understanding of capital calls, distributions, credit facilities, fund accounting, and investor reporting is essential. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis are necessary, alongside robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Basic AI fluency is required, demonstrating comfort with AI-powered tools for productivity enhancement while adhering to responsible AI practices.
