In this senior role, you will manage end-to-end credit finance operations, including accounting and finance activities for private credit and alternative investment funds. Responsibilities include maintaining loan portfolios, processing transactions like drawdowns and repayments, supporting fund closes, and performing reconciliations. You will also be responsible for preparing and validating NAV calculations, assisting with audits, and ensuring adherence to accounting policies.

Client reporting duties involve preparing investor/client packages, generating performance reports, and performing data validation. You'll coordinate with stakeholders for reporting inputs and handle ad-hoc requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Data management includes maintaining transactions in Investran and Geneva, reconciling systems, identifying process improvements, and ensuring data integrity. You will also oversee task execution, allocate personnel, and supervise team members to achieve organizational goals.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or an MBA in Finance are advantageous. A minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in credit finance, fund accounting, and client reporting is required, with a strong understanding of private credit and investment operations. Experience with alternative investments, private debt, or credit funds is preferred.

Essential technical skills include proficiency in Investran and Geneva, expertise in fund and investment accounting, credit finance, and loan administration. You should also possess strong financial statement preparation skills, advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, and experience in data reconciliation and reporting. Knowledge of alternative investment structures and AI fluency for productivity enhancement is also necessary.
