Manage end-to-end credit finance operations, including accounting for private credit and alternative investment funds. Maintain loan portfolios, process drawdowns, repayments, and fee calculations, supporting fund closes and reconciliations. Prepare and validate monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with stakeholders for reporting inputs and manage ad-hoc requests. Oversee data management in systems like Investran and Geneva, ensuring data integrity and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities include: - Performing comprehensive accounting and finance activities for private credit and alternative investment funds. - Reconciling cash, loan positions, and general ledger accounts. - Preparing investor/client reporting packages and portfolio performance reports. - Validating data and ensuring consistency across accounting, portfolio, and reporting platforms. - Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and automation.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or an MBA in Finance are advantageous. A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in credit finance, fund accounting, and client reporting is required, with a strong understanding of private credit and investment operations.
