Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) team as a Retirement Manager, a Subject Matter Expert in the retirement domain. You'll contribute to shaping client futures with confidence by working within our diverse, globally connected teams. GDS plays a pivotal role in EY's strategy, providing comprehensive support and innovative solutions across various service lines, including Consulting.

Our GDS network spans ten locations worldwide, with a growing team of over 80,000 professionals. We specialize in delivering exceptional client service through Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support. Enablement Services further enhances our capabilities by offering cost-effective, high-skilled services in areas like Finance, IT, and Risk Management. As an innovation specialist, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technological advancements.

Engage in client engagements, providing expertise across a broad spectrum of retirement-related topics. This includes Defined Benefits Operations, ERISA Compliance, retirement plan testing, and analysis of in-plan guaranteed income products. You will evaluate and design protected retirement solutions and advise on recordkeeping platform enhancements to support income features. Responsibilities also encompass managing 'money in' and loan-related activities, processing disbursements, and understanding various plan types and administration processes.

Further responsibilities include providing strategic consulting on business transformation and modernization programs, conducting due-diligence and assessment projects, and leading requirements gathering through JAD sessions and workshops. You will define optimal future-state operational processes and collaborate with product design teams to drive functional enhancements. Managing service delivery within agreed SLAs and implementing operational governance frameworks are key aspects of this role. Experience supporting or leading PMO functions for large-scale retirement transformation programs is crucial.

We are seeking a professional with robust consulting skills and a deep understanding of retirement plan operations. Proven experience in creating business process maps, defining conversion strategies, and refining requirements in multi-vendor environments is essential. A strong background in business transformation, modernization programs, and conducting due-diligence assessments is highly valued. Experience in requirements elicitation, writing BRDs/FSDs, and facilitating JAD sessions is required.

Technical proficiency in solution architecture, data migration, data analytics, and data governance is necessary. You should be a collaborative team player capable of working effectively with stakeholders and technical teams. While specific industry certifications (ASPPA/LOMA/RPF) and experience with solutions like ALIS, OMNI, or Vitech are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
